Reservation, Deposit and Payment Policy

Cottages

  • Reservations have to be followed by deposits of $100 for day bookings or $350 per week per cottage for weekly bookings within one week.
  • Deposits can be paid by cheque, VISA, or MasterCard
  • Deposits are:
    - refundable with 60 days notice of cancellation, subject to a $ 50 administration fee
    - lost for cancellations with a notice of less than 60 days, unless the cottage can be re-booked. If so, the deposit will be refunded less a $ 50 administration fee.
  • The remainder is payable upon arrival by cash, VISA or MasterCard.
  • During July and August all cottages are rented on a weekly basis only, Saturday to Saturday.
  • Minimum stay at any other time is 2 nights.
  • Check - in 3 p.m. during July and August, at any other time by arrangement
    Check - out 10 a.m. during July and August, at any other time by 3 p.m.
    A fee of $ 50 shall apply to any late check-outs.

Main Cottage

  • Reservations have to be followed by deposits of $50 for day bookings or $ 250 per week for weekly bookings within one week.
  • Deposits are:
    - refundable with 30 days notice of cancellation for weekly bookings and
    - refundable with 14 daysnotice of cancellation for day bookings, both subject to a $ 50 administration fee
    - lost for cancellations with a notice of less than 30 or 14 days respectively
  • The remainder is payable upon arrival by cash, cheque, VISA or MasterCard.
  • Check - in by arrangement
    Check - out 10 a.m.
    A fee of $ 20 shall apply to any late check-outs.
