Rules and Regulations
- These are housekeeping cottages – please leave them as you wish to find them!
- Maximum speed on our driveways is 10 km/h, around the playground it is 5 km/h.
- Don’t drive and/or park any vehicle including bikes on any lawn. Please use the driveway.
- All persons must register upon arrival, including day and overnight visitors. Any unregistered person will be asked to leave the property immediately. Overnight visits are limited to a 24 hours period (check-out = check-in). For longer visits the day guest fee applies additionally.
- No pets are permitted on the resort at any time.
- No boating or any non-motorized water vessel within the designated swimming area. We do not allow Sea-Doos at all! No fishing from the rafts between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m, whereas fishing off the docks is allowed at any time.
- Bonfires are permitted evenings only starting 6 p.m. (local law!). The fires shall be kept small and low and not be left unattended at any time! Please be respectful and considerate to your neighbours and the overall atmosphere of the resort. It has to be completely extinguished before leaving.
- No music outside or any excessive noise. Quiet time is 11 pm.
- We pick up all garbage at around 8 pm. It is essential that no food or garbage will be placed outside the cottage after that time.
- Do not pick any flowers or plants from the flowerbeds.
- Fishing along the creek is only allowed on a “catch and immediate release” basis. Strictly no fishing or playing at the pond!
- Damage to property will result in extra charges. Please report any occurrence.
- Do not feed any wild animals since they become a nuisance.
- A 2 nights
minimum stay applies for the cottages.
High season: Check-in after 3 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.
Off-season and any long weekend: Check-in by arrangement, check-out by 3 p.m.
A fee of C$ 50.00 will be applied for any late check-outs. - A reservation is a firm contract and no refund will be made for late arrival or early departure. Please check our Reservation, Deposit and Payment Policy for more details.
- Fireworks are generally forbidden. The management reserves the right to grant exceptions.
- Any serious violations of these rules can result in an immediate expulsion without the right for a refund.
